Normally, a Seychelles IBC would only have a registered Address and Registered Agent in Seychelles. However, the usage of the registered address for routine business purposes is usually very limited.

A virtual office facility includes mail re-direction, re-invoicing and telephone confirmation and Secretarial services include document preparation.


The IBC will be provided with the registered address and a local fax number which will be shared by several IBCs in the Seychelles. All mail and fax correspondence addressed to the company forwarded to the client. The type of forwarding and its frequency can be chosen by the client. It is to be noted that all content of the documents will be verify as we will not distribute documents in pre-sealed envelopes.


This service will enable you to prepare and send out your commercial documents (such as invoices and commercial offers) from your IBC's registered office in Seychelles. You shall send these documents by electronic format; doc or pdf with recipients postal addresses clearly indicated in the body of the documents. Note that we will not provide signatures on any documents. The documents will be printed as it is and mailed as indicated.


A domestic telephone line shared with other IBCs but different and separate from that of ICAL regular business line will be used to take calls and telephone messages on behalf of your Seychelles IBC. This local telephone number can be shown in your corporate stationery. Call handling is available during our official business hours in Seychelles ONLY.

While the incoming call will not be automatically answered in any particular company name. We will therefore confirm that the caller has reached the registered office of that particular company, and request the caller to state his business and leave his contact information and if a message is provided, it will be forwarded to you electronically. We will not make any business statement or engage into any detailed business communication on behalf of your company.


If you wish for the registered agent to prepare any related documents with regards to your IBC such as minutes, resolution etc... You will need to forward all information electronically and we will prepare and post the documents upon approval from you.
